Valkyree at Dreamforce — Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor: Valkyree, Inc., 5708 143rd Street West, Apple Valley, MN 55124.

2. Eligibility: Legal residents of the United States, 18+, excluding Sponsor's employees, contractors, and their immediate family. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period: September 15 through September 17, 2026, during Dreamforce, San Francisco, CA.

4. How to Enter:

There are five (5) "Valkyrees" to find during the Sweepstakes Period: The four founders and the Valkyree Mascot (collectively, the "Valkyrees"). Entrants may earn one entry for each unique Valkyree identified, for a maximum of five (5) entries per person, by either method below or a combination of both:

Method 1 (Photo Entry): During the Sweepstakes Period, take a photo ("Entry Photo") with a Valkyree team member at Dreamforce, post it to LinkedIn including the hashtag #[YourHashtag] and #Sweepstakes (or equivalent plain-language disclosure), and complete the entry form on this page.

Method 2 (Free Alternate Method of Entry — no posting or photo required): Identify one or more Valkyrees by name on the entry form above during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, attendance, or social media post required.

Only one entry is awarded per unique Valkyree identified; identifying or photographing the same Valkyree more than once does not increase entries. Maximum five (5) entries per person combining both methods.

5. Content License: By submitting an Entry Photo, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photo and any accompanying caption in Sponsor's marketing, website, and social media, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. Entrant represents they have the right to grant this license and that the photo does not depict any third party without that person's consent.

6. Prizes: (1) Solar 4000 mAh Power Bank, ARV $28; (5) Custom Valkyree branded stickers and pins, ARV $1-3. Non-transferable; no cash equivalent except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize will be shipped to a U.S. mailing address only. If the winner cannot provide a valid U.S. shipping address, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate.

7. Winner Selection: One (1) winner selected at random from all eligible entries (Method 1 and Method 2 combined) on November 18, 2026. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification: Winner notified by email within 5 business days. Must respond within 5 days, provide a valid U.S. shipping address, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, or an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Taxes: Winner solely responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor issues Form 1099 for any prizes valued at over $600.

10. Disclosure Requirement: Entrants using Method 1 are solely responsible for including a clear and conspicuous disclosure (e.g., #Sweepstakes) in their public post in compliance with FTC guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that fail to disclose.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. General Conditions: Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including suspected fraud. Sponsor's decisions are final.

13. Privacy: Entry information used per Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law: California.

15. Winner List: Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Valkyree, Inc., 5708 143rd Street West, Apple Valley, MN 55124. Within 30 days of the drawing for the winner's names.
