This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP")governs your use of the Valkyree, Inc. ("Valkyree,""we," "us," or "our") website locatedat valkyree.com, including all interactive features, assessment tools, blogcommenting functionality, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

This AUP is incorporated byreference into our Terms of Service. By accessing or using our Services, youagree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree with this AUP, you must notaccess or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modifythis AUP at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changesindicates your acceptance of the modified AUP.

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Violating any applicablelocal, state, national, or international law or regulation

• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

• Infringing upon theintellectual property rights of others

• Engaging in any activity thatwould violate data protection or privacy laws

3.2 Harmful Content

You may not submit, post, ortransmit any content that:

• Is defamatory, libelous, orslanderous

• Is obscene, pornographic, orsexually explicit

• Promotes violence, hatred, ordiscrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation,disability, or other protected characteristics

• Harasses, threatens, orintimidates any person

• Contains false or misleadinginformation

• Impersonates any person orentity or misrepresents your affiliation

• Invades the privacy of othersor discloses personal information without consent

3.3 Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorizedaccess to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, ornetworks

•      Probe, scan, or test thevulnerability of any system or network without authorization

•      Breach or circumvent anysecurity or authentication measures

•      Transmit any viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code

•      Interfere with or disrupt theintegrity or performance of the Services

•      Launch denial of serviceattacks or attempt to overload our systems

•      Intercept or monitor data ortraffic without authorization

3.4 Automated Access and Data Collection

Without our prior writtenconsent, you may not:

•  Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Services.

•  Harvest, collect, or scrapeany data or content from the Services

• Use data mining, extraction,or similar data-gathering techniques

•  Create derivative databasesor datasets from our content

• Frame or mirror any portionof the Services

3.5 Commercial Misuse

You may not:

• Use the Services to sendunsolicited commercial communications (spam)

• Advertise or promote productsor services without our authorization

• Resell, redistribute, orsublicense access to the Services

•  Compete with Valkyree usinginformation obtained from the Services

Our VALA (Verified AI LaunchpadAssessment) tools are designed to help evaluate organizational AI readiness. When using these tools, you agree to the following additional terms:

4.1 Data Accuracy

• You will provide accurate andtruthful information in all assessments

• You will not submit false, misleading, or fabricated data

• You understand thatassessment results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide

4.2 Authorization

• You represent that you have theauthority to submit information on behalf of yourorganization

• You will not submitconfidential information belonging to third parties without properauthorization

• You will comply with yourorganization's policies regarding disclosure of business information

4.3 Proper Use

• You will use assessment toolsfor their intended purpose of evaluating AI readiness

• You will not attempt tomanipulate or game assessment results

• You will not reverse engineerour assessment algorithms or methodologies

• You will not use assessmenttools to compete with Valkyree or develop competing products

4.4 Results and Recommendations

• Assessment results areprovided for informational purposes only

• Results are not a guaranteeof AI implementation success or failure

• You will not publiclymisrepresent assessment results or attribute them falsely

Our blog and any communityfeatures are designed to foster professional discussion about AItransformation, Salesforce, and related topics. When participating, you agreeto:

5.1 Comment Standards

•      Keep comments relevant to thetopic being discussed

•      Be respectful andprofessional in all interactions

•      Avoid personal attacks,insults, or inflammatory language

•      Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content

•      Do not post links tomalicious websites or content

•      Respect the confidentialityof others and do not disclose private information

5.2 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership ofcomments you post, but grant Valkyree a license to use, display, and distributeyour comments

• You represent that you havethe right to post any content you submit

• Do not post content thatinfringes the copyright or intellectual property of others

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right tomoderate, edit, or remove any comments that violate this AUP or that we deeminappropriate in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish anycomment and may reject comments for any reason.

Our proprietary methodologies, including VALA, EARS (Ethical AI Readiness Score), and the Agent Readiness Score (ARS), are protected intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or createderivative works from our methodologies

• Reverse engineer ourassessment algorithms or scoring systems

• Use our trademarks, logos, orbrand elements without authorization

• Claim ownership of ormisrepresent the source of our methodologies

• Develop competing productsbased on information obtained from our Services

If you become aware of anyviolation of this AUP, please report it to us at info@valkyree.com. Whenreporting, please provide:

• A description of theviolation

• The location (URL) where theviolation occurred

• Any relevant screenshots orevidence

• Your contact information forfollow-up

We take all reports seriouslyand will investigate promptly. We will not retaliate against anyone who reportsa violation in good faith.

Valkyree reserves the right totake any of the following actions in response to AUP violations, at our solediscretion:

•      Issue a warning

•      Remove or restrict access to violating content

•      Temporarily suspend youraccess to the Services

•      Permanently terminate your access to the Services

•      Report the violation to lawenforcement authorities

•      Pursue legal remedies,including seeking damages and injunctive relief

The action we take will dependon the nature and severity of the breach. Serious or repeated violations willresult in immediate termination without warning.

We may disclose information about you or your use of the Services to law enforcement or other government authorities if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and notify you through a notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified AUP.
